Question 1

Do you take a cut of the fees?

Accepted Answer

No. On direct UPI the money never touches us at all. On cards it settles to your own bank account through the gateway, which charges its own fee — we take nothing from either.

Question 2

What happens when the trial ends?

Accepted Answer

Nothing is deleted. After 30 days an academy that has not started a plan becomes read-only: everything already recorded stays readable and exportable. Starting a plan reopens it as it was.

Question 3

Can a coach see what the academy collects?

Accepted Answer

No. A coach's login carries their batches, their students' attendance and their own notes. Fees, payments and the books are not on it.

Question 4

Who can see my students?

Accepted Answer

Only your academy. One academy cannot read another's roll, and a coach with a login does not thereby get your books. Player profiles on the network are off until you turn them on, and any student can be kept private.

Question 5

Can I get my data back out?

Accepted Answer

At any time, including while an academy is read-only, in a form that opens in a spreadsheet. There is no lock on the door.
